Pre-Arrival COVID-19 Protocols

Lion Camp 2

Pre-Arrival COVID-19 Test Required

Similar to prior semesters, the University is implementing a multi-layered testing strategy to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 spread within our campus community. All residents must submit evidence of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to returning to the campus for their assigned move-in appointment. Students who do not submit a pre-arrival test will not be permitted to move-in.

  • An official medical document dated within 72 hours of the assigned move-in appointment must be submitted through this form  from an official LU email account.
  • Results for COVID-19 tests conducted prior to January 11, 2022, will not be accepted.
  • Results from at-home test kits will not be accepted.
  • The document file type submission can be a JPEG (image) or PDF but must include your name, the date of testing and/or specimen collection, and clear confirmation of a negative test.
