The Television program is designed to provide students with a broad education. The department of Communication provides the foundation for learning to write well, speak intelligently, and to develop effective visual storytelling skills. Students use their knowledge to produce original projects integrating creative expression. Students get hands-on experience working in a nonlinear editing lab, television studio/control room, and a field production lab. Broadcasting students gain more experience through local and regional internships.
LUTV is a closed circuit television channel broadcasting on the campus of Langston University.
