The Langston University ITS Help Desk is the primary hub for all Staff and Student technological needs. From maintaining office and residence internet connectivity, to software and hardware updating, to computer troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair, the Help Desk keeps you covered and productive.

The following are just a few of our proffered services:

  • Free PC Diagnostics
  • Campus Software Installation
  • Client Imaging and Server/Client deployments
  • Campus Network login maintenance/assistance
  • We also offer a Resource Center that allows faculty, staff, and student organizations to check out screens and projectors; and assists with the configuration of personal student wireless routers.

    The Help Desk is located on the first floor of Gandy Hall and is open Monday-Friday form 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Feel free to stop by our office or give us a call at (405) 466-3500.
