Calvin J. Anthony (Stillwater, OK):

Is a pharmacist/businessman in Stillwater and has farming operations in Woods and Payne counties. He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2006 and reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2013 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Anthony attended Oklahoma State University from 1963-1965 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 1968. His term expires in 2022.

 

Douglas E. Burns (Norman, OK):

He was appointed by Governor Frank Keating in 1997, reappointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2005, and reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2013 to serve as member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Burns received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Oklahoma State University in 1975, received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1978, and received a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1981. His term expires in 2021.

Is Managing General Partner of Davis Farms and Dimmit Hay. Mr. Davis was appointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2011 and reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2016 to serve as member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Davis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University in 1983. His term ends in 2024.

Is owner and CEO of Joe D. Hall General Contractors, LLC and is involved in construction/engineering and real estate development in Western Oklahoma as well as ranching operations. Mr. Hall was appointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2003 and reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2011 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Hall received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1983, graduating with honors. His term expires in 2019.

 

Trudy Milner (Tulsa, OK):

Is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. She was appointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2013 and reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2017 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Dr. Milner received her medical degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1988. Her term expires in 2025.

Is President of Express Ranches, a large purebred and commercial ranching operation headquartered in Yukon, Oklahoma, and owner/operator of Callahan Cattle Company with operations in Oklahoma, Blaine, and Craig Counties. He was appointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2016 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Callahan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University in 1976 and received a Master’s degree in Agriculture (Animal Science) from the University of Arkansas in 1980. His term expires in 2018.

Is Chairman of Knightsbridge Investments Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries and affiliates and is Managing Director of KiamichiLink Ranch LLC. He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2010 and reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2015 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Link received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1972 and earned post graduate credits. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant designation (currently inactive) in the State of Oklahoma. His term expires in 2023.

 

Jim Reese (Nardin, OK):

As President of the State Board of Agriculture, Mr. Reese serves as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. He was appointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2011 and reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2015 as the At-Large Member to the State Board of Agriculture, who serves as President of the State Board of Agriculture. He previously served as State Executive Director of USDA/Farm Service Agency. Mr. Reese earned an associate degree in drafting and design from Northern Oklahoma College and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in engineering technology. His term is coterminous with the Governor.

Taught Political Science at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, for fourteen years, chairing the Department her last five years there. Since moving to Stillwater, she co-founded and serves as an officer for World Export Services, Inc., a consulting company with holdings in cattle, land, and other investments. She was appointed by Governor Frank Keating in 1997, reappointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2004, and reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2011 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mrs. Watkins received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degree from Oklahoma State University at Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 1964 and 1965, respectively. Her term expires in 2020.
